
The HoneyBee Story
Stems from the essence of my late father, "Mr. HoneyBee..."
He was a successful music producer, disc jockey, and entrepreneur, who owned a print shop, nightclub and a restaurant which featured extravagant West Indian dishes. My roots run deep, eloping three distinct cultures (Anguilla, Trinidad, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).

At a young age I started traveling to international destinations with my mom and family. I quickly learned that there was a world beyond the distant horizon and I wanted to be a part of it! It was then that I had discovered my passion. Each dish was my means of voyaging beyond my kitchen. Combining my love for both the culinary and travel industry was how the concept for Honeybee Cuisine was created.

Like my father, my goal is not limited to my craft but it is to create an experience that will not only satisfy your palate but feed your soul. This is my past, present and future featuring eclectic dishes that weave cultures from all over the world.

I am a traveling chef who prides myself on providing the ultimate foodie experience for my clients. My truest principle is authenticity. It is the core of who I am, therefore its the landmark of my business. I am a self taught chef and I devote myself to my craft. In fact, I travel to different places to indulge in the many food and cultures this earth has to offer. This grants me the opportunity to incorporate new techniques and ingredients from our distant families. I aim to evoke happiness, pleasure, and excitement from every palate.
